Some WFH Rules for the Home Office Warrior

Here are some quick pointers that I've found useful, but feel free to adapt them to your own WFH rhythm and create your personal productivity manifesto!

The Throne of Productivity: Your desk is your command center, not a jungle gym for laundry. Tidy it daily, banish clutter, and let the productivity force flow. (Bonus points for a plant friend, but please, choose one that thrives on neglect.)

Silence the Sirens: Mute notifications like a ninja, schedule "do not disturb" zones, and resist the urge to check Instagram every 5 minutes. Focus is your friend, distractions are your foes.

Trends with Benefits: Pants may be optional, but work hours are not. Set a schedule, stick to it (ish), and schedule breaks for fresh air and sanity. Remember, a happy WFH warrior is a productive one.

Snacks are Essential Fuel: Embrace the pantry, but avoid the sugar crash. Stock up on healthy snacks, stay hydrated, and treat yourself – you deserve it! (Just maybe not at 10:02 AM after three donuts.)

... And my most important...

Boundaries, boundaries, boundaries!: Don't let the work creep in. Establish clear lines between your workspace and personal space. Shut down the laptop, close the door, and reclaim your evening for well-deserved rest and non-workly pursuits (no spreadsheets in your dreams, please).

Remember, the home office is your domain, so bend these rules to fit your flow.
